Following completion of a Bachelor of Resource & Environmental Planning with Honours from Massey University, Justine’s background is in the local government sector where she gained an in-depth working knowledge of the Resource Management Act, local government systems and procedures.
She has led or been involved in a wide range of land development projects including rural and residential subdivisions, medium density housing projects, recreation and community activities, earthworks including emergency remedial works, and infrastructure upgrades. She has experience preparing and presenting expert evidence and guiding applications through the notification process. A stand-out project for Justine was the establishment of a horse-riding for the disabled land use activity.
With 13 years’ experience in the customer service sector, Justine enjoys interacting with clients and always goes the extra mile to ensure they have a great experience. Outside of planning, Justine is a sun-chaser and you’ll likely find her in a sunny spot with a beer and a book in hand!
